You may not use Advisor AI to create, distribute, or promote advertising content that:

Illegal or Harmful Content

• Promotes illegal products, services, or activities
• Facilitates drug trafficking or illegal substance sales
• Promotes weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
• Facilitates human trafficking or exploitation
• Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Deceptive or Fraudulent Content

• Makes false or misleading claims about products or services
• Uses fake testimonials or fabricated endorsements
• Impersonates individuals, brands, or organizations
• Promotes get-rich-quick schemes or fraudulent opportunities
• Contains clickbait or sensationalized claims
• Uses deceptive pricing or hidden fees
• Promotes counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas

Harmful or Offensive Content

• Contains hate speech targeting protected groups
• Promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Contains graphic violence or gore
• Promotes self-harm or suicide
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens individuals

Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Uses images or content without proper licensing
• Violates celebrity or public figure rights
• Uses brand logos without authorization

Privacy Violations

• Collects personal data without proper consent
• Shares private information without authorization
• Targets individuals based on sensitive personal attributes

Restricted Content Categories

The following content categories require special attention and must comply with all applicable laws and advertising platform policies:

• Alcohol: Must comply with local laws and age-targeting restrictions
• Gambling: Must have proper licenses and comply with regional regulations
• Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals: Must comply with FDA and advertising regulations
• Financial Services: Must include required disclosures and comply with financial regulations
• Political Advertising: Must comply with election advertising laws and platform policies
• Cryptocurrency: Must comply with platform-specific restrictions and financial regulations
• Weight Loss & Body Image: Must avoid unrealistic claims and targeting restrictions
• Dating Services: Must comply with platform guidelines and age restrictions

Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in the following activities:

Platform Abuse

• Attempting to bypass platform security measures
• Using automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• Overloading systems with excessive requests
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

Advertising Platform Violations

• Circumventing advertising platform policies using our tools
• Creating ads designed to evade review processes
• Cloaking or showing different content to reviewers
• Using connected accounts for policy-violating purposes

Spam and Manipulation

• Sending unsolicited messages or spam
• Artificially inflating engagement metrics
• Using bots or fake accounts
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior

AI-Generated Content Guidelines

When using our AI tools to generate advertising content:

• Review Before Publishing: Always review AI-generated content before publishing
• Verify Claims: Ensure all claims in generated content are accurate and substantiated
• Check Compliance: Verify content complies with advertising platform policies
• Respect IP Rights: Ensure generated content doesn't infringe on intellectual property
• Disclose AI Use: Where required by law or platform policy, disclose AI-generated content

Enforcement

We enforce this policy through various measures:

• Automated Detection: We use automated systems to detect policy violations
• Manual Review: Our team reviews flagged content and reported violations
• User Reports: We investigate reports from users and third parties
• Platform Integration: We may receive violation notices from connected platforms

Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:
